What data is used in the economic models of the IPCC? How problematic is it, that tipping points are often ignored?

This is Prof. Steve Keen's presentation "Flawed Approaches (and a New Approach) to Environmental Challenges" at the OECD Conference "Averting Systemic Collapse" in Paris on September 18th, 2019.

In his presentation, he strongly criticizes William Nordhaus's climate model and integrated assessment models (IAMs) used in IPCC reports, showing how problematic ignoring tipping points can be in such models and damage functions.
